Gig Pics
I got a text on Tuesday reminding me about a gig that I never booked. It was for Sapo Guapo. A salsa band I have worked for a few times now. What was going to be a one gig easy weekend turned into a double header gig whorin' session.
Home for the animals. Hit the bed around 4. And with a Sunday to spare. Not bad at all.

I wasn't too thrilled about doing this one as it's a lot of work. But Paul and a few other dudes from the AF band were on the gig so I said ok. It's really an excuse to try out my x32 controller du jour. I'll settle on something one of these days.
So Sapo goes late I got home around 3. I then got up and loaded the car to head to South SF for a Jumpstart gig.
I haven't done one of these in a while. It was fun. The crowd thinned out quick but there was a contingent of all night party folks that stayed until the end.

Odd Foods
I'm come across some odd foods recently. The last three pictures I took to blog about were all food related.
I know they are for dogs but who thought this up. Not only are you giving your dog a "tasty" treat but it's also gluten free, free of artificial stuff and preservatives. Also they tell you it's 100% new zealand (which means it's better than american farmed meat) But it's still made of lambs lungs!
Lagunitas is my favorite beer and it's readily available most everywhere out here as they are in Petaluma. Had I been able to take the job at Sonoma State I probably would have moved in next door to the brewery. Anyway I love their sense of humor. I bought this tall boy on the picture alone. Not my favorite but still great.

Paul's breakfast the other day. Posted without comment.
