Re-enlistment Shenanigans

So I re-enlisted today. I had entered today's date as my projected day. They had told me they had an officer around that could give me the oath as my commander was out of town. When I went up this morning they said that I had to find any random officer. 

So I head back to the band hall and ask if anybody knows anyone that could help me out. Paula suggests the Chaplains. This sounds good to me.

So I head over to the chapel and I see a guy I had helped out at chapel one. It worked out that he recognized me. So I had an in. I ask if there is a chaplain that can give me the oath. I end up with the Colonel that heads up the chapel. Sure why not.

We go into the sanctuary and move the flag. Him being a pastor he gives me a little speech about serving God and my country. That's cool but I really just wanted him to give me the oath and get out of there. All goes well though. So I'm in for another four years.

Sharks Game

Mike once again being the nicest person I know took me to a Sharks game. This time they won. I was just happy to see all the fans make jaws with their arms whenever they had a powerplay. Fantastic. Mike also gave me some super soft pillows. The last time I was at Mike's I couldn't stop petting his pillows. So now I can get my fix at home.

Hope my wife likes leopard print.

A BFG is pointed at me

I got my camera back from Niko a while ago and I forgot I had these pictures from my trip down to the NAMM show. Jon and I saw this huge revolver in a trailer pointed at us. Click the picture to see it in more detail. 

It was literally the last thing I imagined seeing while driving the long boring drive down to L.A.
