Random Dog Door

So I randomly came home today and decided I'd build a dog door out of the existing screen door. It looks like the entrance to a walk in freezer or something. Phoenix isn't sure what to do with it. He's gone in and out but still a little weirded out by it.

2hours and $35 got me a huge dog door. Yea homeownership!

New Neighbors

I had a family of snails move into the gravel garden outside my house. Really nice. I named the biggest one Carl. Any other name suggestions. I was thinking Willamida and George for the little one.

Artsy attempt

My attempt at an artsy photo with the light creating the focal point. Unfortunately my cell phone camera didn't quite capture it the way I wanted.

Anyway this was at the firestone brewery where I had been a while ago. I once again had the sampler but this time it came in snifters. Beer snifters...why not? The food and beer was awesome as is to be expected. If you find yourself near pismo beach area find this place and enjoy.
