Jason Cale The Dragon

Since Jason is leaving for Germany his last gig was the Idaho trip. After trying to down the monster burger and a few beers we left the grill in the bowling alley.

On the way out we played a crane machine game. After a few tries I grabbed the purple dragon that has flames on his skin and a smug smile above. I named him Jason Cale as a stand in for the real Jason after he leaves.

This seems terribly unhealthy.

Gig Pic

Sacramento CA. 17 Sep 2011

I had missed a picture of the gig I did the night before with Sapo Guapo.

Anyway I went home and did what I call "The Blink" where you get less than 4 hours of sleep and feel like you just did a long blink and it's time to get up again. I don't do this as much as I used to. I instantly remember why. (It sucks)

Setup a show in a K-mart parking lot. The first two bands were just plain awful. But coldblood came up and as with all pro acts they were super cool and nice and played an amazing show.

East bay grease at it's best.

Kegerator

In spired by Brandon's Kegerator and how easy it was I had to build one at my house. Mike and I took the other fridge we had in the garage and made it happen.

Cold beer on tap at all times is AMAZING!!!

Terry - Ms. Pac-Man Guru

At the airport with Terry Grace the bass player for mobility. Turns out he is a Ms Pac-Man playing machine. He killed it. I've never seen anyone play for 30+ minutes on one quarter. I saw him make it to the pear and the "Junior cut scene"

Ridickles!!

Can't Sleep

I think that monster burger made it hard for me to sleep.

Gig Pic

Mountain Home ID. 10 Sep 2011

I had played this gig before years ago. I remember Troy broke a snare drum head. This time our stage got sprayed by a fire truck hose. Brandon's keys got it the worst but everything went fine.

I got to use my dual PA setup and it sounded amazing. One of the best sounding shows in my opinion.

Anyway there was much fun on this trip as well.

Here is Terry about to enjoy a giant turkey leg. I got the urge to have something gigantic to eat. Fortunately Strikers grill in the bowling alley on base did not disappoint.

The sign was telling.
Preston suggested everyone was practicing dropping bows. I imagined people practicing their violin bowing. either way FUN!!

I took on their eating challenge.
One pound of fries, 4 slices of texas toast, 3 1/3 pound burgers, 6 oz grilled mushrooms, 4 oz jalapenos. All topped with copious amounts of chili. I barely finished half of it. However it was delicious.

I Miss My Childhood

I stumbled on this today and couldn't help but watch it again.
I miss the muppet show. Solid entertainment made by some of the most creative people.
I'm looking forward to the new movie.

If you want something to do. Follow the rabbit hole of you tube links after watching just one muppet video.

Dumpster Finds

I found this setup in the dumpster outside work and couldn't help but fish it out. After a quick diagnostic I found that the fuse had blown. After a trip to Radio Shack and $4 I'm up a $200 set of speakers.

Freegan Stylezzzzzz!

Gig Pic +

@ Infineon Raceway 28 Aug 2011. I'm mixing on my iPad. I love the look I got from the guy on the right.

This was a big hurry up and wait gig. Here you can see Brandon caged up and ready to unleash his creative fury on the people.

That's right......Fury!!!!
